I  work in acrylic, watercolour, mixed media and ceramic. I take my inspiration from landscape and my immersion in that moment, often painting outside and then working in my studio. I am fascinated with East Asian culture and Zen Buddhism, birdsong and trees. My current adventures into making my own organic pigments - currently oak gall black ink.
